CustomPlay Golf 2009 For Wii Console Announced

Lexicon Entertainment, a leading publisher of video games world-wide, has announced the signing of CustomPlay Golf 2009 for the Nintendo Wii Console for release early next year. 

 

CustomPlay Golf 2009 will revitalize the golfing experience with a video game that encompasses the full embodiment of this great sport. From the detailed delights of 15 full 18 hole championship golf courses to some unusual crazy golf courses, CustomPlay Golf 2009 will present the ultimate in virtual golf.

 

Like CustomPlay Golf 2, CustomPlay Golf 2009 builds on realistic physics and swing mechanics, stunning courses and player customization. The easy to use editor allows for the most realistic looking courses yet. In-game, the whole course is always displayed in the distance and loading times between holes are non-existent. All new course types such as Crazy Golf, Par 3, Pitch and Putt, Mini Golf and Driving Range make CustomPlay Golf 2009 an all-encompassing golf experience.

The courses include 15 full 18 hole championship Golf courses with full 18 hole par 3 courses with all clubs available, short pitch and putt courses with just the pitching wedge and putter available, Mini Golf putter only courses, Crazy Golf courses with obstacles, moving objects and animating objects, and Driving Range (traditional and fantasy).

 

 - CustomPlay Golf 2009 s editor allows you to create any kind of course from scratch. Create your own player and tailor their playing style and look. You can setup the game according to tee time, tee difficulty, weather, pin location and game mode.

- Features include Game Mode, Practice Mode, AI, Offline, Matchplay, Strokeplay, Stableford, Foursomes and Fourballs. You can play online against 1 to 7 opponents.

 - Dynamic time of day system lets you choose your tee time.

 - Physics – the ball data was provided by T&K Golf Research who collate data for all major golf equipment manufacturers.

- Stunning graphical weather effects include enhanced lighting and shadow systems for objects and terrain, normal and detail maps, mega-texture and more.

 - PlayMail allows you to email detailed playable holes to your friends, even if they don t own the video game.
