Family Ski, the most exciting skiing game of all time, takes you down the slopes of the Happy Ski Resort and lets you race, slalom, hit the moguls and more in the comfort of your very own living room.

You can use your Mii or customize your chosen character and outfit it with unlockable gear.

Other skiers on the slopes make great obstacles and they also have exciting challenges for you. There are over 150 challenges, including races, slaloms, mogul tournaments, food delivery runs, rescue missions and even trivia questions.

Family Ski is as close as skiing down a mountain as you re likely to get without leaving the house. Your Wii Remote and Wii Nunchuck simulate the Ski Poles, and they are used to accelerate and turn in a specific direction. You can also plug in your Wii Balance Board to make the skiing feel even more realistic. The Balance Board allows you to turn whilst skiing by measuring the swaying and leaning of your body.

There’s a Ski School that does a great job of familiarizing you with the controls necessary to slalom, stop, snow plow and how to perform cool air tricks.

Up to four players can participate in split-screen action and with over a dozen runs packed with jumps, races and more, you and your fellow skiers won’t want to leave the slopes again.

You can even take photos while skiing and share them with your friends via WiiConnect24.
