My Sims
The Sims has been a huge smash hit on PC with millions of people spending millions of hours tending to a virtual house full of tiny simulated people. MySims is The Sims for Wii, but is a little less serious with some cute cartoon visuals.
It differs slightly from the other Sims games though in that rather than just one house and one group of Sims, you’re actually caring for a whole town. The aim is to expand your town’s borders and encourage more residents and to accomplish this you have total control.
You’re able to build and decorate all the houses with an obsessive level of detail, not just the shape of the houses but the things inside right down to the wallpaper or individual items. And thanks to an amazing system where everything in the game can be used to build things, nothing ever looks the same.

You can pick up all kinds of junk lying around and use it to construct furniture or make patterns, and it manages to be both complex and easily accessible.
This applies to the whole game. There’s an immense level of detail here that lets you watch from above or zoom right in and make a chair for someone, but it’s all really easy to learn and use, so even younger kids can enjoy it.
Verdict: 85%
An excellent life simulator with a huge amount of detail, but it still manages to be accessible. Perfect for players of all ages.
